La Rosera Saffron with Designation of Origin status. This is a product of exceptional quality which comes under the Designation of Origin Regulatory Council for “La Mancha Saffron”, the system which guarantees the quality of the product.

Saffron is produced using artisan techniques following the traditional flower pruning processes, the roasting and cleansing of the floral remnants, with quality and packaging being checked with thorough quality control processes, guaranteeing that the product is in optimal conditions when it arrives at the point of sale and that it has a long shelf life.

For a number of years this saffron has won the best “Mancha” saffron in the Gran Selección awards category.
